As a strategic hub for Nexlence across APAC and beyond, Singapore will strengthen the company’s regional commercial reach, deepen collaboration with global brands and partners, and enhance its ability to coordinate cross-border delivery resources across diverse markets.
At the launch, Dr. Sam Chen, CEO of Nexlence, outlined Nexlence’s strategic positioning as an AI-powered CX partner for global brands in the Gen Z era. “The future of CX will not be defined by automation alone, but by how intelligently AI and human expertise work together,” said Dr. Chen. “Gen Z consumers expect more than issue resolution. They expect interactions that are immediate, authentic and emotionally resonant.”

As digital-native consumers raise expectations for speed, relevance and cultural understanding, CX is no longer limited to service recovery. It now spans the full customer lifecycle, from brand engagement and sales conversion to service, retention and repurchase. Nexlence supports this shift by combining AI intelligence, human expertise, proprietary data assets and global delivery capabilities. Backed by more than 5,000 professionals, the company has built delivery capabilities across more than 20 global centers.

Nexlence also shared its business and product roadmap for next-generation CX. Chris Wang, General Manager of Nexlence, introduced the company’s “Winning Gen-Z” vision, highlighting how Nexlence supports brands across the full customer lifecycle — from digital marketing and sales conversion to customer service and retention — by combining AI intelligence with human expertise. Building on this business vision, Sales Consultant Kester presented Nexlence X-Force, a CX digital productivity platform designed to help enterprises move AI beyond automated responses and into more reliable, data-driven service task handling.
